1. Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• Tags must still be attached.
• Packaging should be intact.

Items that CANNOT be returned:

• Sale/discounted items
• Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
• Custom or personalized items

2. Exchanges

If you need to exchange a size or item, contact us within 7 days.
Exchanges depend on availability — if the item is out of stock, we will offer store credit or a refund.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email.

We offer:

• Refund to your original payment method, or
• Store credit, depending on your preference

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• If the item we sent is wrong or defective, we will cover the shipping and replace it.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If your item arrived damaged or incorrect:
Contact us within 48 hours with:

• Order number
• Photos of the item

We will replace it or issue a refund immediately.
