Returns and Consideration

SHAMS & KAMAR creates garments in very limited quantities, often as one-of-a-kind pieces. For this reason, purchases are considered final.

We kindly encourage our clients to review measurements, descriptions, and imagery carefully before placing an order. If you have any questions prior to purchase, we are always happy to assist.

In the rare event that an item arrives with a manufacturing issue or has been damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographs and a description of the matter. Each request is reviewed thoughtfully and individually, and an appropriate solution will be proposed when applicable.

Items that have been worn, altered, or used cannot be accepted.

Order Adjustments

Once an order has been confirmed and processing has begun, we are unable to cancel or modify it. This allows us to work with intention and care at every stage of preparation.
